COVID-19: Cambodia Reports 52 New Community Cases of Omicron

Fifty-two (52) new locally transmitted cases of COVID-19, all of Omicron variant, were detected in Cambodia, said a press release of the Ministry of Health issued this morning.
The country’s COVID-19 tally now increased to 135,513, including 15,060 Omicron cases (13,722 Omicron community cases).
Meanwhile, 46 new recoveries and zero new death were reported; the total cured and death cases in the Kingdom thus stood at 131,459 and 3,054, respectively.
The first COVID-19 case was found in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province.
