The ‘LoveITDetroit’ Exhibit-Installation is Accessible on the Metaverse

THE EXHIBITION-INSTALLATION WAS LAUNCHED ON THE INITIATIVE OF THE ITALIAN CONSULATE IN DETROIT

Allegra Baistrocchi, Italian Consul in Detroit.

“It is a vibrant, beautiful city, with a vast cultural offer and in this context we wanted to create a great container to promote the Italian spirit”, says Allegra Baistrocchi, the Italian consul in Detroit.

WASHINGTON, D.C., Sept. 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — After opening on September 1 to the Detroit public, the ‘LoveITDetroit’ exhibit-installation is now also accessible on the metaverse (www.loveitdetroit.com). Presented as a “celebration of Made in Italy in the United States”, the exhibition-installation was launched on the initiative of the Italian Consulate in Detroit, as part of the VI edition of the Italian Design Day and the four-year campaign for the promotion of Italian design in Detroit, the only Unesco City of Design in the United States. “It is a vibrant, beautiful city, with a vast cultural offer and in this context we wanted to create a great container to promote the Italian spirit”, says Allegra Baistrocchi, the Italian consul in Detroit. “Design will be the tool with which the consulate will build more bridges” with the city, she adds.

The installation, curated by Palomba Serafini Associati, can be visited throughout September in the Bedrock space, at 1001 Woodward Avenue. The work sees the best Italian brands present, with an involvement of the sectors that most characterize Italian creativity in the world, such as fashion, food, furniture, automotive and others. In parallel with the Detroit exhibition, the ‘LoveITDetroit Metaspace’ was inaugurated on 7 September, created by Wedoo. It will be the ‘digital twin’ of the physical installation. This virtual event will allow users to “live” the installation experience, interacting with it and with the objects present.

The virtual space is accessible through the website www.loveitdetroit.com. The exhibition is “a sort of Italian village, with the elements of the arch, the wall, the avenue, the garden, and the ‘piazza’ at the center”, says architect and designer Roberto Palomba, creator of the installation. “Inside the space are installed objects and exhibits that are a synthesis of Italian know-how”, adds Palomba: from Armani clothes, to design and furnishing objects, to Brembo brakes, to Technogym wellness machines. The installation, Palomba anticipates, will also participate in the Compasso d’Oro Award. In addition to the possibility of visiting the installation for the duration of the Detroit Design Month, events will also be organized that will focus on the various declinations of Made in Italy design: aerospace, mobility, fashion, furniture, graphics and digital art.

Among the guests, Simonetta di Pippo (former UN director of the Office for Outer Space Affairs); astronaut Roberto Vittori; architect Carlo Ratti (director of the MIT Senseable Lab and designer of the Italian pavilions of Expo); Professor Ruben Abbattista (co-founder and vice president of the Circolo del Design di Torino); the CEO of Pininfarina Silvio Angori; the architect Luisa Bocchietto (former president of ADI and of the World Design Organization).

Caribbean nations showcase Citizenship by Investment offerings at IREX Residency and Citizenship Conclave in New Delhi – CS Global Partners

London, Sept. 08, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — This year, top Caribbean jurisdictions will be attending the 12th Edition of the IREX Residency and Citizenship Conclave at Le Meridian, New Delhi from 9 to 10 September 2022, to showcase their citizenship by investment (CBI) offerings.

The island nations of the Commonwealth of Dominica, St Kitts and Nevis and St Lucia will be represented at the conclave.   The opportunity to better understand the investment opportunities for each country will be unpacked during the event, ensuring that potential investors are better equipped to make decisions.

The three countries will be represented by CS Global Partners, the world’s leading government advisory firm specialising in citizenship and residency solutions.

This year’s CBI Index, the most regarded and trusted source of ranking global CBI programmes ranked Dominica, St Kitts and Nevis and St Lucia in the top three for their CBI options.

Investing in any one of these countries offers international investors a gateway to access the world’s most important business hubs, stable currencies, quality education and health facilities.  It opens doors to new entrepreneurial options, thanks to the abundance of financial opportunities across the globe. Fulfilling dreams of business expansion on an international scale and making connections to take your business to the next level are all possibilities with the dual citizenship options of these Caribbean nations.

A diverse mix of clientele from across the globe will attend this year’s event, the likes of which will include entrepreneurs, bankers, chartered accountants, wealth managers and financial experts to name but a few.

The conclave brings together global residency and citizenship consultants, legal consultants, government bodies, property developers and other stakeholders and connects them directly with potential clients.

The two-day event will allow immigration experts to present various international residency and citizenship programmes presented by different countries and experts will also be able to engage in one-on-one interactions at their respective booths in the exhibition hall throughout the day.

IREX is hosted annually and presents investment avenues for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) who intend to invest in alternative citizenships, real estate and premium luxury properties. The event attracts HNWIs from over 25 countries such as Australia, Canada, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Montenegro, Portugal, Saint Lucia, St Kitts and Nevis, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States and more.

Over the last decade or so, the primary motivations amongst CBI participants have been freedom of movement, tax benefits and lifestyle factors, such as better education.

Individuals applying for the Dominica CBI can make contributions to the Economic Diversification Fund and Real Estate. The former supports private as well as public projects within the country whereas the latter entails investment in approved real estate projects.

Amlan International to Highlight Natural Feed Additives for Profitable Production at Two Expos in China

  • Amlan is inviting producers looking to naturally optimize animal gut health to visit them at the 2022 China Feed Expo, to be held September 22–24
  • Amlan will also showcase their natural mineral-based feed additives at the 2022 China Animal Husbandry Expo (CAHE) to be held September 27–29
  • Harold Zhou from Amlan will speak on sustainable agriculture and antibiotic-free production at the CAHE Animal Nutrition and Swine Breeding workshop on Sept. 27
  • The Amlan team will be on hand at both events to answer questions attendees have, including what differentiates Amlan products from other clay mineral-based products

CHICAGO, Sept. 08, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Animal protein producers can learn how to optimize animal gut health and drive profits naturally by visiting with Amlan International at two upcoming expos — China Animal Husbandry Expo (CAHE) and China Feed Expo. The three-day China Feed Expo, to be held September 22–24, is the largest feed expo for all species in China and is expected to attract more than 100,000 attendees. On September 27–29 in Chengdu, China, Amlan will be one of more than 8,000 exhibitors at CAHE which is the largest livestock show in Asia.

Based and operating in the United States, Amlan is the vertically integrated animal health business of Oil-Dri® Corporation of America and offers the best natural non-antibiotic solutions for supporting animal intestinal health. The scientifically proven feed additives from Amlan support overall animal production through a healthy and functional gastrointestinal tract that promotes nutrient absorption, optimal animal performance and drives economic performance.

“Our mineral-based products, like Calibrin®-Z and patented Varium®, are delivering both animal health and production benefits for our customers in China,” said Michael Hua, Regional Technical Service Manager. “We are excited to show expo attendees how our natural products work and why they outperform other clay mineral-based feed additives.”

Calibrin-Z is a single-ingredient feed additive for all species that has Amlan mineral technology at its core. Through its distinct physical and chemical properties and a proprietary thermal processing technique, Calibrin-Z can bind pathogenic bacteria and the toxins they produce, as well as polar and nonpolar mycotoxins. Varium promotes efficiency and productivity in poultry by strengthening the intestinal barrier, reducing the level of pathogenic challenge in the intestinal lumen and safely stimulating intestinal immunity. Both products are available in select international markets, which includes China.

During the CAHE Animal Nutrition and Swine Breeding workshop, Harold Zhou, Regional Operations Director for China, will speak on sustainable agriculture and antibiotic-free related experiences and practices. His presentation, “Minerals by Nature, Performance by Design: Sustainability in Animal Agriculture,” will take place on September 27.

“Controlling our mining operations ensures the quality and consistency of our mineral and provides producers with repeatable animal health and performance management,” said Harold Zhou. “With improved efficiency, costs and environmental impacts decline, thereby improving the overall sustainability of food production and animal welfare.”

Attendees of both expos can meet with local Amlan sales and technical service team members to discuss how strategic use of natural feed additives from Amlan can drive profits. China is a key market for Amlan, demonstrated by their continued investment in the China team, including the addition of sales team members with deep industry expertise and assembly of a highly knowledgeable technical services team.

Details on the China Feed Expo can be found at http://www.chinafeed.org.cn/ and more information on CAHE can be found at http://www.caaa.com.cn/.
