Almost US$6 Billion Cambodia-U.S. Trade Registered in First Seven Months

Bilateral trade between Cambodia and the U.S. was amounted to US$5,892 million in the first seven months of 2022, up 45 percent compared to the same period last year.

According to the General Department of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, from January to July, Cambodia exported US$5,695 million worth of goods to the U.S., a year-on-year increase of 47 percent, while the Kingdom’s imports from the U.S. rose to over US$196 million, up 3 percent.

Cambodia’s major exports to the U.S. include textiles, footwear, travel goods and agricultural products, while its main imports are vehicles, animal feed and machinery.
