The Kingdom of Cambodia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam are committed to further strengthen their security cooperation.
The commitment was made in a meeting between Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Samdech Kralahom Sar Kheng and H.E. Lieutenant General To Lam, Minister of Public Security of Vietnam here on Dec. 22.
The two sides highly valued bilateral the cooperation between Cambodia and Vietnam, adding that the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Public Security are cooperating in addressing transnational crimes, including illicit drug and human trafficking.
H.E. Lieutenant General To Lam also congratulated Cambodia as the rotating Chair of ASEAN for 2022.
