COVID-19: Cambodia Detects 30 New Community Cases; Tally 135,812

Thirty (30) new community infections of COVID-19, all of Omicron variant were detected in Cambodia; bringing the tally to 135,812, according to a press release of the Ministry of Health made publilc this morning.
Of the total confirmed cases, there are 15,359 Omicron cases (14,018 Omicron community cases).
At the same time, the ministry reported 127 new recoveries, but a new death; the total cured cases and death toll rose to 132,328 and 3,055, respectively.
The first COVID-19 case was found in Cambodia in late January 2020 in Preah Sihanouk province.
