International Karate Experts Share Experience with Cambodia for Hosting SEA Games 2023

Cambodia Karate Federation has organised a workshop on Referees-Judges Course for SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia.

International Karate experts include Mr. Mansour who will be the head of referees for SEA Games 2023; Mr. Chen Chee Hong, Secretary General of Karate Federation of Malaysia; and Secretary Generals of Asian Karate Federation and Southeast Asian Karate Federation joined the workshop to share their experience.

Addressing the opening ceremony of the workshop in Phnom Penh on Aug. 25, H.E. Vath Chamroeun, Secretary General of the Cambodian SEA Games Organising Committee (CAMSOC), said the workshop intends to further develop Cambodian referees and judges for the SEA Games 2023 that Cambodia will host.

The workshop is a good opportunity not only for Cambodian referees and judges, but also for athletes to further learn about rules of games to build their confidence when applying their technique, emphasised the secretary general.

He encouraged referees, judges and athletes to study hard to get new knowledge and experience from the international trainers and experts.

Participating international experts were committed to share knowledge and update on the development of world’s high-level Karate to Cambodian trainees to succeed in hosting the SEA Games 2023.
