Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Cambodia (NOCC) H.E. Thong Khon (C, Pic. 1) fires the starting pistol to begin the 10th Phnom Penh International Half Marathon in front of the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh this morning with the participation of some 3,620 national and international runners.
