The Cambodia Soft Tennis Federation (CSTF) has targeted at least three gold medals for soft tennis at the SEA Games 2023 in Cambodia.
Mr. Vang Vuthea, Secretary General of CSTF, shared the target, adding that it is inline with the medal index set by the Cambodian SEA Games Organising Committee (CAMSOC).
The federation prepares 24 athletes and five coaches and will include seven sports disciplines in the forthcoming games, said Mr. Vang Vuthea.
Cambodian national soft tennis athletes are gathering for training at the National Stadium to achieve the goals at the games, he added.
In 2019, Soft Tennis Cambodia earned two bronze medals from the SEA Games in the Philippines, and a gold medal from Soft Tennis World Championships in China.
