The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has endorsed eight investment projects with a total capital of US$64.3 million.
The investments cover the manufacturing of a wide range of products, including steel, home appliances and furniture, plastic items, cable, decorative materials, livestock feeds, stoves, and beyond.
In total, they are expected to create some 4,040 jobs for the locals.
Three of the licenced investments to be located in Preah Sihanouk province are Huale Steel (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., Cambodian Luheng Pet Food Co., Ltd., and Ultimate Motion Co., Ltd.
The remaining five to be located in Svay Rieng province include Wangmao (Cambodia) Homeware Co., Ltd., Jushi (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., Starblaze (Cambodia) Plastic and Metal Co., Ltd., Wanan Gas Control (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., and He Dui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd.
