A delegation of Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea led by Ms. Magdalene Shirley Moi-he (Pic. 1), Acting Deputy Secretary Policy of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, arrives at Phnom Penh International Airport this morning to attend the 55th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (55th AMM) and Related Meetings being hosted by the Kingdom of Cambodia in Phnom Penh from July 29 to Aug. 5.
