Six Cambodian boxers are joining the ASBC Asian Elite Men and Women Boxing Championship 2022 in Jordan
The Secretary General of the Cambodia Boxing Federation (CBF) Mr. Buy Sophoan led the Cambodian boxing delegation to attend the event.
The competition taking place from Oct. 30 to Nov. 13 is a good warm-up of the capacity of the Cambodian national boxers for the SEA Games 2023.
Mr. Buy Sophoan was positive that the Cambodian boxers will be able to do better than the previous Asian Championships and the previous years.
They will win their opponents with a similar or higher technical level.
The federation is working hard to seize opportunities for its athletes to take part in national and international contests to develop their capacity for the forthcoming games, he added.
