CRC Expresses Deepest Sympathy to Indian Red Cross Society

Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross (CRC), has extended her deepest condolences and sympathy to Mr. Shri Ram Nath Kovind, President of Indian Red Cross Society over the loss of lives due to recent landslide.
“I am deeply saddened to learn that dozens dead in Mumbai after monstrous monsoon rains, which caused landslide on 18th July. The thunderstorm that caused the intense rainfall in Indian city was described as ‘uncommon’ for the time of year,” wrote the CRC president in her message dated July 23.
“In the name of Her Majesty Queen Mother of the Khmer Nation, NORODOM MONINEATH SIHANOUK, Honorary President, and in the name of committed staff and volunteers of the Cambodian Red Cross, and on my personal behalf, we would like to convey our sincerest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to Your Excellency, the Red Cross of India, and to the people of India, particularly to all those who in theses catastrophes lost their beloved ones,” she added. “May I pray for the speedy recovery of the injured and the rapid restoration of the ravaged areas.”
