IBEC Congratulates Cambodian PM on Receiving 2022 Sunhak Peace Prize

The International Buddhist Education Centre (IBEC) has extended its congratulation to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, for being awarded the 2022 Sunhak Peace Prize by the Universal Peace Federation.
“His Excellency, Chair of ASEAN, your outstanding efforts for Asia Pacific regional peace process including Myanmar were honored with this peace prize. You deserve it,” Dr. Ven Sobhita, IBEC Principal and Stockholm World Peace Prize Holder, wrote in a message to Samdech Techo Hun Sen on Feb. 9.
“I would like to extend my best wishes to His Excellency on achieving full of success in his peace and reconciliation works for peace of the world,” he continued. “May His Excellency be in good health and peace and can fulfill your duties and responsibilities. I wish His Excellency will be blessed with more opportunities and success.”
The Sunhak Peace Prize is an international peace prize established in 2015 to honour the peace vision of its founders, the late Rev. Sun Myung Moon and Hak Ja Han Moon. The award was established to recognise individuals and organisations that have served humanity in exemplary ways, making the world better for future generations.
