Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet this morning emphasised that the Ministry of Civil Service is the centre of public reform of the Royal Government.

At the announcement of winning model public service provision units in the education and health sectors in 2023, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet said the Royal Government has been conducting the public reform programme and attaining a lot of achievements, while the Ministry of Civil Service is the key to public reform.

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet responded to some discussions over the National Assembly’s vote of confidence to promote the minister of civil service to Deputy Prime Minister yesterday.

‘No matter who is the minister of civil service, this ministry is responsible for the implementation of reform of the public functions.
